Tulip News is an independent journalistic platform. The App is used to automate the delivery of factual news, Bitcoin market updates, and real-time trade data to our official Facebook Page.

• Not Advice: Nothing published via this App constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice.
• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any financial decisions or trades you make. Tulip News is not liable for any financial losses resulting from the use of information provided.

4. Intellectual Property

The original content, news reports, and branding (Tulip News) are the intellectual property of the operating journalist. You may share our posts using Facebook’s native “Share” feature, but you may not scrape, reproduce, or sell our content without written permission.

5. User Conduct

Users interacting with the news posts generated by this App must:

• Refrain from posting spam, scams, or “referral links” in the comments.
• Engage in civil discussion. We reserve the right to block users who violate Facebook’s Community Standards.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tulip News and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App or reliance on the news provided.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. User Data Deletion Instructions To delete your user data associated with the Tulip News app, please follow these steps:

• Go to your Facebook Account’s Settings & Privacy > Settings.
• Click on Apps and Websites in the left-hand menu.
• Find TulipNews and click the Remove button.
• If you wish to request a manual deletion of any data stored by the operator, please send an email to 8ringsoft@gmail.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request.” We will process your request within 30 days.
